“Update as of 3.13.26 I greatly appreciate Adam for his professionalism and taking the time to clear up the miss communication and understanding my frustrations. My car is still a frustrating one, but I can say that the way Adam handled this situation says and means a lot to me and that he does really care about his customers. Thank you for that Adam. Update as of 2.22.26 I stand by my previous review I wrote, but things unfortunately have changed. I have not heard from Pride in Littleton in over 2 weeks regarding my 2014 Volvo. The last time they had my car in the shop for over a month waiting for parts . My experience is similar to others that recently posted about being told they needed unnecessary repairs. I was told I needed a new Turbo Charger and when I took it to a Volvo Mechanic, they said that’s not the case and the oil leaks I’ve been dealing with for some time has not been repaired properly by Pride should be covered under the warranty. The Volvo mechanic also pointed out other issues related to the repairs Pride had completed. My concern now is over the past 3 years, Pride has done a lot of expensive work on my car and now I’m looking at other expensive repairs which is turning into a financial nightmare. Like others, I have also recommended Pride to many people over the past few years, but I can’t do that now unless they correct these issues. It does look like the owner is active with replying to the reviews both positive and negative which is a good sign. We shall see. Great customer service. Sean was great with communicating with me through our the process and answered all my questions of concern.”
