Called ahead to make sure they could help with my problem and weren't too busy. Went in and was greeted by super friendly staff. They took my car back immediately and gave me very frequent updates while I was waiting. They even took me out to the garage a couple of times to show me what was going on and what they were going to do about it. Great customer service, great work, and great prices. I'll definitely be coming back!

Got done with everything a day early which I was very happy about. Repairs were done well, as my truck runs great again. In fact, my steering wheel does not shake what-so-ever now that they hooked up new tires, rotors, and brakes. This place is not cheap, but they are good and fast.

Alternator

We have gone to Pride Auto for about 20 years. They have always done a great job, been honest and charge a reasonable amount. My husband is a car guy, so he is hard to impress, but he has always been impressed! We highly recommend them. Thank you Pride for keeping us safely on the road all these years!

Pride Auto has amazing customer service! I was visiting from out of town and my car started having issues. They fit me in right away, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same afternoon without a huge over priced bill. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly too!

First class operation. Called Tuesday and by Wednesday morning my Air Condition on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was fixed, and very reaonable pricing! They even contributed $15.00 towards my Lyft back home. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, exceptionally knowledgeable. I will never go back to my old shop again.

As always super pleased with the services received from Pride!!! My car overheated so I called Pride and they got my vehicle in right away. They did a thorough inspection and established what the issue was. Completed the maintenance on this and gave my vehicle a look over and let me know I also had an issue with a belt that had been making noise. They replaced my belt and did an oil change all in the same day. Customer service received by Dillon and a Nicole was 5 star. When my car left me stranded I wasn’t even stressed because I knew my first call was going to be to Pride! Thank you again :)

Pride Auto Care Centennial does a fantastic job. Their customer service is amazing. My vechicle had a unexpected issue and they were able to get me in the same day and determine the issue. They kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I have used Pride Auto for many years. I get accurate estimates for cost and time of repair. I did ask about one problem in my car today and the front desk man didn't know what to say, which is fine, but he didn't ask anyone else either.

Had some brake issues with my crosstrek and they got me in asap. Got new brakes all around with a nice warranty. Izzy really helped get the best rate for everything. Everyone is real nice and seem to be honest. They also provide transportation to and from. Will be using them from here on out for any maintenance etc.

I am pleased with the care they took of my car. Completed the work the same day and the price was reasonable. Always helpful and listen to what I need done.
