Best experience ever at an auto shop. They were very knowledgeable, professional , courteous, once they received my Jeep did diagnosis quickly but thoroughly and gave me full explanation of what needed to be done , the cost and timeframe. Ryan was the mechanic and kept me informed and even went above by test driving extra miles to ensure all systems working well. And their prices for all the work done was very fair. Highly recommend !!!!

Quick ,efficient,perfect replacement of all 4 brakes,rotors,and calipers,with a brake fluid change for a very reasonable price - and they work flawlessly the first time in for the repair/replacement.

On this visit, Pride performed a number of services - oil change/oil and air filter changes/coolant change/brake fluid change/inspection. They also arranged for an outside firm to come in and replace my windshield while the vehicle was with them. All work was done well and with great communication.

These guys are great! Very friendly staff. I really like that they didn't try to talk me into more than I asked for. I've found that as a woman a lot of places try to tell you that your car needs this or that just to get more money from you. Not here!! They did call and ask me if I wanted to clean the engine I explained that I was on a fixed income and it wasn't in the budget. They just told me that if I should happen to budget for it later on they would be happy to do it for me. No pressure at all. I will definitely be back there the next time I need anything done to my car.! The people at Pride are the best. Boy was I ever wrong!! I returned here shortly after writing that and I couldn't believe how wrong I was. I took my car in after failing emissions. They charged $200 to diagnose the problem which was exactly what the emission testing place said it was. Then they wanted $700 to fix it, claiming it was so much because the part alone would be $395. Not being able to afford that I picked up my car and started looking for plan b. Lucky for me a friend offered to fix it for me if I bought the part. I can't tell you how surprised I was when I found the part at Auto Zone for $172!! I ended up paying $275 to get my car fixed and it passed emissions with flying colors!! Shame on you Pride for taking advantage of people when most of us are barely making it!! For this reason I give this business a star rating of -7

Pride Diagnosed a charging problem and replaced my battery with a 5 year 100% replaceable battery . They handle my service needs in an emergency situation smoothly and quickly

They are friendly and honest

My husband, mom and I have been taking our vehicles to Pride for over 5 years. They have never steered us wrong. We've had major repairs done, oil changes, times that they've let us know what was urgent vs what could wait because they knew money was a concern, and times they've checked multiple things to ease my mind and not charged me a dime when everything checked out. We deal with Phil a lot. He seems to really know his stuff, while also being efficient and great with customer service. He remembers us and usually makes us laugh. I hesitated to leave a review because I don't want them to get too busy, lol.

My daughters car broke down. I had it towed there and they took care of the problem quickly and for a fair price.

Helpful, fast, not cheap but worth it.

As a newly divorced women, I was more than a little anxious when my check engine light came on - my father recommended Pride - I dropped it off for a morning appointment and I received a call about an hour later saying they had gotten to it and it was just a loose gas cap, my daughter last gassed the car, silly girl. They cleared the notice and I had it back within 2 hours of dropping it off, no charge!! They are my new go to for any kind of car problems - Thank you so much!!

I replaced a bunch of parts on my old suburban and it still wouldn’t start. So I had it towed to Pride. They diagnosed it and told me it was the crankshaft sensor. Well, I just changed it and put in a new one. So I was very skeptical and thought they were going to have me throw more money at it changing all the things I already have. Reluctantly I paid for another new one but went with an AC delco on their recommendation. And what do you know, it fixed the problem. Truck started. I had gotten a bad sensor. I highly recommend this place!!! Thank U

Best place for car service! I’ve been a customer for over 18 years and I Can’t recommend this one place enough.

Blew my engine on Monday and had vehicle towed to Pride Auto, S. Broadway. They sourced a replacement engine by Tuesday and within a week or so, and with a new Sway Bar, my car is 6 years younger now. thank you very much for the great, fast work

Went in for a new suspension but pride told me it wasn’t necessary. Asked for anything that needed to be fixed to do it and they came back with nothing. No upselling or having me do unneeded repairs. Very trustworthy.
