We have used other shops in the area, but Pride has set themselves above them in terms of cost, service, reliability, and being trustworthy (maybe the most important). When scheduling appointments and receiving diagnoses, they are very courteous and friendly. We constantly recommend them to friends.

They take pride in their auro care

Pride Auto is Amazing!! They got my vehicle in quickly and informed me of what was going on with my vehicle everyday. It was there for 4 days mostly waiting for parts to come in. One part was defected so they had to order a new part. They informed me right away to let me know. Everyone there was very friendly! Will definitely take my vehicles there to be worked on again. Thank you, Pride Auto!

Fast, efficient, friendly.

Was having AC issues with my car and took it to Pride after reading some recommendations online for them. Had an overall good experience. Fair price, and they called after looking at it to check with me on doing the work for the repair price offered. Highly recommend!

Pride Automotive is by far one of the best independent shops in the Denver area, they will also take care of warranty work from Carmax, and they are 1000% more reliable and open with communication than the store I bought my car from as well as have warranty with. I will be coming here for anything else my car needs, warranty or not.

Pride Auto Care in Parker is the best — 10/10 recommend! Everyone there is always super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. They are prompt, above-and-beyond accommodating, trustworthy and thorough, and the variety of services they offer come at reasonable, fair prices with photo documentation and explanations. Initially, I came to this shop for routine maintenance on my Jeep Renegade because it’s located close to home, but after multiple outstanding experiences, they have my ongoing customer loyalty and stamp of approval regardless of where I live in the Denver metro. They always take great care of me and even have treats and a water bowl for my canine sidekick to enjoy, too! I can’t say enough awesome things about these guys — go see for yourself & then kiss your auto woes goodbye! 😄

Absolutely amazing team. Heath has gone the extra mile for me and was very understanding. There was a legal issue where he couldn’t work on my transmission since I bought it yet he reffered me and called another auto shop for me without me even asking him to. And he got me set up to another auto shop. Great service from the whole team but heath especially. Trust this guys with any car I have from this point on.
