My new favorite shop! I moved to Mead back in May and I was looking for a local shop because my SUV needed some suspension work. I came in with a list of things another shop suggested but we’re overcharging for, and they were honest enough to go through and let me know that one of the big items the other shop diagnosed was not necessary and gave a much better quote with more work being completed! They were timely, kind and caring with this repair! Unexpectedly, I had a suspension issue with my other car and the bar actually broke in half. They allowed me to have my car towed there to wait to be diagnosed because they had a full schedule, but they got it in the next business day and had the repair complete by the. 3rd business day, when it was supposed to be Monday at the earliest! They are awesome!

The staff here are very customer friendly and trustworthy. I recommend this location to many friends and acquaintances.

They do great work. Anytime I needed work don't, they seem to always go above and beyond. A couple times didn't even charge me to check my car out. Yes I've gone there a few times so maybe that isn't everyone's luck but I think that shows loyalty to repeat customers.

My truck was damaged during an attempted theft. They explained the issues and affected the repairs. All went well and on time

I have gone to Pride for years for my personal vehicles and company vehicles. Just recently I went a local tire distributor to get new tires on my vehicle. Pride Auto in Parker had put my previous set of tires on about 2-3 years. While this other tire shop was changing out my tires, one of the 'locking' tire lugs on one of my tires had seized and the socket key that came equipped with my car stripped in the middle of the tire change. The tire distributor that bought my tires from could not extract the locking lug off the tire. I called Pride Auto in Parker since they had changed out my tires previously. Of course that company pointed the finger at ones who previously changed out tires (Pride) for 'possibly' over torqueing my locking lug. I know for a fact that Pride is very professional and provides honest and quality work. When I called and spoke to Vince and Lehland at the Parker store, they told me to come right over and they would see what they could do. Pride had no problem taking on the difficult task of removing the seized lug. The task was quite invasive to extract the lug with an air hammer which scratched up the rim. Nonetheless, Pride and their team of mechanics got the job done quickly, returned the car back to the place where the new tires were being installed, and replaced my rim at no cost. That folks, is absolutely the BEST service and that is why I will continue to bring my business and referrals to Pride Auto Care. Thank you Vince and Lehland! You guys and your team are the best. Great service without price gouging.

Pride has taken care of all of our cars! Their prices are fair, their customer service is beyond. We will never go anywhere else.

We had a flat tire and went to another shop first. They gave us 3 quotes to replace all 4 tires, the lowest was $850. They refused to repair the tire. Then we tried Pride who were able to repair the tire for $30 and also provided fast service!

Was able to pay and approve charges online. Each issue had pictures so I could see what they were looking at.

This was my first time taking my car here and I’ll definitely go back. Their communication was great throughout the process and they gave me realistic timelines which I appreciate. They also went above and beyond to ensure the problem I had with my vehicle had been fully resolved.

They are honest, fair and do great work. What more can you ask?

Phenomenal service! I called them because my car was having starting issues and I asked if I could bring it by sometime soon for an evaluation. They got me right in that same day, called me multiple times to give me an update on what was going on, and were extremely reasonable and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and had my car back to me that same evening. I was more than happy to give this local shop my business and would highly recommend!
