Phenomenal service! I called them because my car was having starting issues and I asked if I could bring it by sometime soon for an evaluation. They got me right in that same day, called me multiple times to give me an update on what was going on, and were extremely reasonable and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and had my car back to me that same evening. I was more than happy to give this local shop my business and would highly recommend!

Ok stay with me because this is going to sound like they paid me to write this glowing review but I promise, I’m not a paid sponsor. I’ve been to Pride Auto Care twice and have been beyond impressed. They are thorough, communicative, and above anything else, honest and transparent. The first time I went I was looking to buy a used car off of Craigslist and they took photos alongside the inspection and made sure that I wasn’t going to be purchasing a money-pit of a used car. They gave me honest advice and really made sure my best interest was taken care of. Fast-forward to me being over the Craigslist car game and had gone through CarMax to purchase a 2013 Chevy Sonic and with that, I paid for the Max Warranty. When I had some oil problems with cracked caps, leaks, and what not CarMax earnestly tried not to uphold their side of my warranty bargain. Brian (the manager at Pride) willingly was my middleman and got CarMax to pay for a LARGE portion of the repairs. He absolutely did not need to do that. To say that I’m satisfied is an understatement. I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else.

These guys were awesome. They made everything so easy and worked around my schedule which I am so thankful for.

I had interactions with 5 different people at this location and they were all very friendly, professional and courteous. They were able to help me the same day I called. I dropped it off just before closing and they had diagnosed it by 0730 the next day. I have always gone to the dealer but they have been very backed up the last few times. I will be using this company from now on. Very pleasantly surprised!

New to Park Hill. Received a welcome to the neighborhood coupon and decided to use it for some needed service from the new local garage. The services provided and communication were excellent. Prices seemed fair. I will definitely be back and am happy to have a great local garage in the neighborhood.

I moved to Colorado two years ago and was yet to establish a good mechanic. I was recommended these guys from people at my job and im very happy with the service, these guys are awesome!!

Pride Auto Care is by far the best place that I’ve taken my car into. Heath, as well as the other employees, were extremely helpful and honest about what was going on with my car and you can tell that they are very experienced. Amazing customer service as well. Would absolutely recommend!

Pride Auto Care is top notch!! Took my truck here to get looked at for several issues. They were knowledgeable, communicative through the whole process, and repaired all the issues on my vehicle for a very reasonable price. They explained everything the whole way through the process and gave me options on what was necessary/unnecessary to address, never pressuring me into anything. I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future for any repairs or service.

These guys are honest and professional. I needed my timing belt replaced on a 2003 Highlander (the full kit). A week or two after doing that, I started to notice brand new engine noises which sounded a bit like a dried-out-bearing or water pump. It was very subtle, not super loud but as the owner of the vehicle, I knew it was new. They agreed to have the mechanic listen the next day, but they could not hear what I was hearing (I was not there). I drove it another week or so and then went back while the noise was apparent, and I was there. They got their stethoscope out and then had the mechanic listen also. They all agreed it was indeed "something". Since the noise was new since the timing belt, they ordered another full kit, tore it down and put the new kit in. Problem solved - engine is MUCH quieter. They did this all free of charge. I want to extend a special thanks to the mechanic for doing this all over again! Thank you one and all! Super service!

Have a 2004 MDX which the VSA dash light came on after a sudden stop after being cut off on the highway. Pull over, put it into park, and turned it off to reset the VSA light. The gear shift was stuck in park and would not move. Contacted AAA for the tow and alerted Kermit that the MDX was in route to them. The guys jumped on it and had it diagnosed within a short period of time. Kermit called me with the news that it was a blown VSA module fuse. A pretty easy and inexpensive fix. These guys are the best!

Been taking my vehicle and my daughter's vehicle here for a few years now. Had an issue with my truck after some off road'n. They quickly identified and fixed the issue same day. As others have stated, they aren't the cheapest around but you know you'll get an honest answer, not going to try and upsell a bunch of marginal items you may or may not need, and they'll get the job done when they say it will be done. Definitely a breath of fresh air in an industry that's not always on the up and up.

Called early AM to get tires, they had them installed and ready to go that afternoon. Great communication and great service.

I have been talking my cars to Pride Auto for 15 years. They have always treated me fairly and do an excellent job explaining the work that was performed. Several times they have told me that I could spend my money to get something fixed but if I don’t mind a little rattle or noise that it was not a safety issue so I could just leave the mechanical complaint alone and save my money.

Seth helped me out at the entrance made me feel welcome, he got me in and out real quick even kindly offered an Uber! it was just a drop off. Nicho the one working on my car sent me all the details which was nice to see! At the end a very nice lady Erin (I think) called me to come pick it up she filled me in with the extra details and pricing! I appreciate all the help guys!!

Called ahead to have my F150 towed in. They have an online status page that was really so nice. I could access from my desk instead of the constant game of phone tag.
