The employees at Pride Auto Care were professional and provided good customer service. I went in to have my car’s transmission fluid changed, and while the price was a little high, I was able to apply an online coupon to lower the price. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and results. I will definitely be back.

Everyone at Pride is so nice and professional! They do great work and I will never pass up an opportunity to support a local business :)

Long story short, my van was idling rough. Pride performed diagnostics and zeroed in on a #2 cylinder misfire. They replaced plugs, replaced a coil and cleaned the fuel injection parts. I picked the car up and it still had a rough idle. I was very upset after spending all that money and the problem wasn't resolved. Kermit the manager remained extremely calm the entire time and said he wanted to keep the vehicle there to figure out what was wrong, that they wanted to retain my trust. They probably spent 10 more hours doing additional diagnostics, free of charge, and stated that it may be an inherent issue with the cylinder head. But that meant ripping the entire engine apart and even then it may be something else since this particular engine had known issues. I told them that I would prefer to take the car to the dealership to see if there was a possible warranty issue. Kermit refunded me for a big percentage of what I paid so I ended up paying for just the spark plug replacement. So although they didn't ultimately get the opportunity to dig further, they were kind enough to refund me a good chunk of my money and they showed their commitment to great customer service. 5 stars from me.

I have always had a world class experience with Pride Broadway. I remenber the day I rolled in with the left front tire destroyed. They jumped right on it and took care of my problem. The guys can be counted on to make it right and tight..every time! CDH
