I am a returning customer of Pride Auto Care. I like them as a business very much. I feel that their very professional. I do not feel like they ever try to take advantage of me. They do the service and that's that. I will be returning for all my future car care needs. I highly recommend them. As a woman in particular I feel very comfortable at this business.

I received a free oil change for Nurses Week! By far the most generous nurses week gift I have ever received! They were professional, clean, timely, and a great value, even if I would have had to pay. They were very diligent in following Covid rule, in the office and with my car. They cleaned door handles, steering wheel, inside of door. I will definitely go back!!!

Pride is the only place we will take our cars. All the guys are so nice and they are beyond knowledgeable and totally affordable. Seriously, take your car here. You won't regret it.

The staff there were genuine, helpful, and had great customer service. I really loved their feature where they sent me actual pictures from the shop of the issue with my car, as well as the before and after! It took out the guess work and established trust, which is huge for mechanics.

I can not recommend Pride Auto Care enough, I just happened upon them while trying to find a new place to take my car, they were super responsive, informative, and professional. Their online work-orders are so easy to use (They include pictures and notes on each issue) and everything is clear and upfront pricing-wise so I know exactly what I’m paying for. 10/10 I will be returning for any and all car issues in the future.

More than a simple auto repair shop. Widely varied skill sets that include auto electric, tires and diesel, pretty much a one stop shop. Reasonable pricing, very thorough.

I had a check engine light, which turned out to be the spark plugs. They replaced the spark plugs, addressed a couple other looming issues, and my vehicle was ready the next day. I was most impressed that they texted me a link to photos of what they found. I hope to use these guys again in the future.

I have been going to Pride for years! I have had good service on all of my cars. The service staff knows their stuff and I trust what they tell me about what needs to be looked at and repaired.

This is not the first time I've been there. I am a neighboring business and I have always been very happy with them.

Very friendly counter staff who explained everything to me in the detail I was hoping to get. I had completed some work on my vehicle prior to taking it in which required taking pieces apart, they verified it was done correctly and re-installed all the pieces I had taken apart (and even put the contents of my glove box back in!). Highly recommend.

Had a battery issue of unknown origin. Electrical issues can be very challenging. They really took the time to to find the issue and keep me informed along the way. Very happy with it being resolved and not expensive at all. I'll bring a car back if when needed and for maintenance issues too. Thanks

Even amidst a snow storm and other other area-wide shutdowns, the pros at Pride were able to get my 4runner worked on and didn't sacrifice service & quality to get it done right.
