Even amidst a snow storm and other other area-wide shutdowns, the pros at Pride were able to get my 4runner worked on and didn't sacrifice service & quality to get it done right.

They were Very Pleasant to deal with . Alex went out of his way to fit me in the schedule to make it much more convenient for me. I would recommend them to all my Friends and Family

I was in the market for a new mechanic after being constantly disappointed, especially with the nationwide brands, and stumbled upon this shop. I first took in my 2010 Honda Civic and dropped off my car later in the afternoon for an oil change the next day just to test them out and see if these guys really did live up to their rating. The guys were polite and fast and didn't attempt to up sell me on any extra services (always a good sign). The next day they had completed the oil change and called to inform me about a slight leak in the transmission. Before any prompting THEY told ME there was nothing to worry about right now and that I should just keep an eye on it for any major changes like drips or full on puddles. THAT is the sign of a great mechanic that is not just out to take money from you. Their invoice system is one of the best I've seen including their full list of checked items as well as pictures to go along with fixed/potential issues they had worked on or seen while under the car. Next I dropped of my 2013.5 Mini Cooper S for another normal oil change and to check out a few things I was worried about since it is a BMW with normal BMW issues. Just like my Civic I dropped off the car in the afternoon for a pick up the next day. The guys completed the work and after checking everything out gave the car a clean bill of health without charging anything for the requested inspection. Again that is a sign of a great mechanic shop. Just like with my Civic I feel confident they would not do any work without prior approval nor would they "fix" something just to drive up the cost. They clearly have your best interest in mind so if you are in the market for a new mechanic I don't think there is anyone else in the Centennial area that does this good of a job while maintaining moral and fair business practices that seem lacking at so many other shops. A well deserved 5 stars and expect to see both of my cars for all future repairs.

Very nice team and no funny business in regards to my vehicle repairs ! I appreciated their timeliness and honesty!

My old 2001 truck can be a challenge to work on and find parts for but Pride took great care in figuring out how/what was needed and getting it done.

This was the first time I have used this shop and they truly impressed me. They got me in quick on an urgent repair, they fixed my truck quickly and the price was right. Actually I had a Dodge Charger rental and was a bit disappointed that they were done so quickly. Their communication was great and I am confident that they were completely honest with my best interest in mind. I will definitely use these guys again.

I’ve taken vehicles here several times and always had a great experience and the prices are reasonable. Today I took my van in with a small problem and the manager just grabbed some tools and fixed it in about 10 minutes at no charge. Wow.

Pride has taken such amazing care of our vehicles when they were new and now that they're old. Competent, friendly, efficient, and stand by their service. I couldn't think of anything negative about how they care for cars and people.

I appreciate their honesty and integrity. They didn't try to find additional problems with my 16 year old car. I will be back ! Thanks !
