I haven't even had my truck repaired yet, but as I'm sitting in the lobby in absolutely in awe of the honest character each and every one of the employees has. I've seen nothing but genuine concern for each customers needs, I've not seen any unnecessary upsale of services or exaggerated symptoms. The sales associate helping me, Tony is a gentleman with a character of gold and very interested in what's best for my auto care needs! I can't recommend anyone above Prides Auto Care! Thank you

Alex, the shop manager, was so helpful! We took a vehicle in for a pre-inspection before purchasing, and this shop saved us from ending up with a lemon! They found rust that was hard to see, but had also been tampered with and sprayed over to hide. He also squeezed us in same day. Thank you Alex!

First time bringing my vehicle into Pride Auto Care.....was looking for a new mechanic because my mechanic retired.....it is hard to find a trustworthy and honest shop these days and I am happy to say I will be taking my vehicles back to Pride.....Mike was great on communicating with me throughout the day and they were very reasonable with there prices.....thanks guys, I will be a return customer in the future

Love this shop. Very honest and fair. Customer Service is always top notch. I went to this shop for a possible oil leak. They checked out my car and they found nothing wrong.

DeMers Auto helped me tremendously when I was having car trouble a day before I left for a roadtrip. After calling two other shops, Marvin was the first one that offered to take a look at my problem, despite him being completely slammed busy on a Friday afternoon. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem, find a replacement part and get me fixed up for my 900 mile journey the following day. I will not take either of our family vehicles anywhere else in Longmont for repairs. Thank you again Marvin!

My go-to spot for seasonal tire changes. They always give reasonable estimates for durations and honor their appointment times.

All the guys at Pride Auto are really friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They tell you what needs to be done and advises what is critical and what can wait. They never pressure you into anything yet you always feel like they've given you the best service. I highly recommend them.

Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve had at any auto repair place. From scheduling the appointment to have my tire fixed, to checking in, to paying for the service! I’ll be back when I need my new tires!

I have been using DeMers service for over 10 years now. Not only are the people friendly and nice there, but they are efficient and fast. I have always been happy with their service - I have never been dissatisfied. I highly recommend them.

Pride swapped out my snow tires the day before our first winter snow in 2019. I recieved fast and courteous, "same day service". These guys always do a great job.
