Great job. I have been taking my vehicles to the Dry Creek PRIDE location for years. The current staff is top notch and made me feel comfortable and confident about my vehicle's safety and maintenance.

Update as of 3.13.26 I greatly appreciate Adam for his professionalism and taking the time to clear up the miss communication and understanding my frustrations. My car is still a frustrating one, but I can say that the way Adam handled this situation says and means a lot to me and that he does really care about his customers. Thank you for that Adam. Update as of 2.22.26 I stand by my previous review I wrote, but things unfortunately have changed. I have not heard from Pride in Littleton in over 2 weeks regarding my 2014 Volvo. The last time they had my car in the shop for over a month waiting for parts . My experience is similar to others that recently posted about being told they needed unnecessary repairs. I was told I needed a new Turbo Charger and when I took it to a Volvo Mechanic, they said that’s not the case and the oil leaks I’ve been dealing with for some time has not been repaired properly by Pride should be covered under the warranty. The Volvo mechanic also pointed out other issues related to the repairs Pride had completed. My concern now is over the past 3 years, Pride has done a lot of expensive work on my car and now I’m looking at other expensive repairs which is turning into a financial nightmare. Like others, I have also recommended Pride to many people over the past few years, but I can’t do that now unless they correct these issues. It does look like the owner is active with replying to the reviews both positive and negative which is a good sign. We shall see. Great customer service. Sean was great with communicating with me through our the process and answered all my questions of concern.

Only my second time here. Both times treated very well! This time just an oil change & some estimates. Seems like they checked it over pretty well. Will have to check out their pri v es, seem a little high, but they were honest and seemed knowledgeable! Will do an additional al review once I get s I me of the work done.

I had some issues with premature wear of some older work that was done here prior to ownership change. Even though it wasn’t directly them, they listened, inspected it, agreed with me, and redid everything for me basically for free…and made me feel taken care of. They also took the time to walk me through some quotes from another auto shop. I was able to get my back breaks done for $100 cheaper here. Thank you for taking care of me!

Had a flat tire near here. Drove in and got my tire changed in less than an hour. Incredible service, thanks to Karl, Ted and all the mechanics at this facility.

Accommodating and efficient!

I had an outstanding experience with Pride Auto Care in Longmont, and I want to recognize Paul and Vinny for going above and beyond. After having the fuel filter replaced on my 1998 Mountaineer, the vehicle suddenly wouldn’t start. Paul at the front desk immediately stepped in to help. He stayed calm, listened carefully, and quickly brought Vinny, their automotive technician, over to take a look. Vinny diagnosed the issue right away—low fuel pump pressure—and explained everything clearly. Since the Mountaineer couldn’t be driven, Paul even arranged an Uber to get me home, which I truly appreciated. Once the fuel tank was removed, Vinny discovered it needed a thorough cleaning. He took the time to remove all the contaminants and get the tank back into proper condition. He also flushed the cooling system and performed a two‑part fuel system flush to make sure everything was running clean and smooth. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine customer service from both Paul and Vinny was exceptional. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for their hard work. Pride Auto Care has definitely earned my trust. Thank You Gentlemen.

Staff member fixed my side mirror, I took my car to a few places, and they couldn’t do anything for me. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Staff are really nice, they helped me with everything I needed.

I’ve brought my cars here a few times and have always had a good experience. They’re friendly over the phone, quick to begin services, communicative, and very thorough with their inspections, diagnoses, and listing their recommendations with qualifiers of this should be done now, in the near future, or not something to worry about at this time. I highly recommend Kearney Garage!

Still waiting to receive email of Bill and services rendered Parker a location had email wrong. I sent a request into customer support to get the bill for my records.
