Excellent service - beyond getting me in same day and done within a couple of hours for an oil change and tire issue, the staff was friendly, personal, and welcoming. They remembered my husband’s truck they had done work on and were kind to my children and dogs I had in tow, inviting us in to the waiting area out of the summer heat. It might not have even been a thought for them to do so, but those small moments of kindness and generosity of spirit mean so much and I won’t forget it. Highly recommend

Erin was a great first impression for your company. She was clear and offered many choices and did not seem to be rushed. Communication via phone calls and emails was excellent. Timing was wonderful. Both girls at the front desk were pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. I couldn't pick my car up until the day after and was very happy to hear that you pull the cars into the garage for the night. Everything was explained to me with words I could understand! I felt very confident in the service I was given. I will definitely be using your services again and would confidently encourage friends and family to take their cars to you.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians do outstanding work.

We’re in from out of town for a horse show and had an emergency with the DEF line in my F350 dually. Josh got me in immediately. The Ford dealerships couldn’t fit me in until next week, well after when we are supposed to haul a bunch of horses and kids back to Texas. Josh was so professional and accommodating. He offered same day service! I’m so relieved. Thank you Pride Diesel! If I lived here, this would be my auto shop.

I was in CO for a family road trip from CA. I received an “engine / reduced performance” notification for my 2020 Volvo xc60. They were able to take me on a Saturday. Kelly the receptionist (and really knowledgeable about cars) was so helpful. Alex the technician was a pro and did a very thorough analysis. I would highly recommend Pride Auto care for any of your car needs. These guys are top notch!

I had a great Experience at Pride. I worked with Seth and he was great. I appreciated that he gave me his thoughts on what the problem might be, but that a technician would do a thorough assessment to confirm. Great communication through the entire process. I would say Seth is “expert, professional and customer-focused”. I would highly recommend Pride Auto Care.

They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going on with a poor brake job another shop did. They helped me navigate the situation and solved the issue that day. They took extra time and energy to ensure my safety. I am grateful for their help.
