I have used Pride Auto a few times for my 2020 Honda Pilot. They are honest, reliable & reasonably priced. The dealer will flag things that ‘need to be done’ & are extremely expensive. I have Pride provide a 2nd opinion & every time they honestly tell me things that need to be done which is usually about 1 out of the 5 items on the list. Or they have even pointed out things that Honda didn’t suggest but are necessary. Their prices are so much more reasonable. They are friendly & service is quick. We are now also taking our Honda CR-V there & I will start getting oil changes at Pride.

Parker Pride Auto has the most amazing staff. They're honest, generous, and work hard to see that you are cared for in a timely fashion. I had a time-sensitive situation on my hands, and they got me in and out in a half hour. My windshield wipers would not stop moving, and they diagnosed it, order the parts, and I came back the next day for installation. I was in and out of there like I said in a half hour. I was told by other locations that this could potentially be a costly repair and that I would need to leave my car for several days. Pride Auto, however, diagnostic it right away while I waited for 15 minutes. I'm a mom of four, and I just don't have time to be without a car. I am so grateful for the staff, their attentiveness, and the respect they showed me. I am tremendously pleased with them, and I will be coming back for all my service needs.

Pride Autocare did a wonderful job with my 4-runner! More than doing a great job with my vehicle, they were prompt and had wonderful customer service. Specifically, Alex was great. He was kind, and extremely helpful. Will use them in the future for sure!

They diagnosed my check engine light issue on a Saturday without an appointment and gave me lots of good information. They were super kind and helpful. Feeling grateful!

UPDATE: Pride Auto REACHED OUT AND CORRECTED THIS ISSUE. Was very impressed with the follow up and looking forward to giving them another chance. Went for brakes...said it would take a couple of hours. They offered a "Lyft" ride, I declined and said I would wait, they offered again stating it was no cost to me. When I went to oay they charged me $56 for my Lift rides. I complained and stated that I wasn't going to pay... you know how that goes when they have your car.. wouldn't use them again and would say to others beware...

I went to Pride back in November of 2024 because my Jeep was leaking fluids. It turned out to be from the front suspension (both sides) and a motor mount. They took me in and diagnosed my issues very quickly on a Friday afternoon. When I asked how long it would take, they told me it'd take till mid-day Saturday and they kept to their time. In the end, the job was done quickly, professionally and I appreciated 2 mechanics working on it to get it done on time. It most likely wasn't the cheapest option but I'd pay up for honesty, transparency and speed. Thank you and glad there's some place to go where your needs are addressed!

My check engine light came on unexpectedly and my engine would shake while I was idling at a stop light. I called Pride Auto Care and made an appointment to drop my car off Thursday night after they closed. They had a easy to use key drop box setup. They were very communicative through the entire repair cycle. I was so excited to learn they have Saturday hours! They worked quickly and expertly at a fair price. I was able to pick up my repaired car on Saturday evening. I plan on going to Pride Auto Care for my future service needs.

Pride Auto in Littleton is 5 Star. Can't praise my service advisor, Josh, enough. Work was completed early and he offered a Lyft from home to pick up. Car running great! Highly recommended and ask for Josh! Carol

I rarely write reviews, but wow do they absolutely deserve one!! My car suddenly died in the middle of traffic yesterday and I panicked because it was a Friday night and typically local mechanics are closed on the weekends, but I found them on Google and had my car towed there. They did a full inspection today on top of all of the other work they had already planned and then called me to say everything looked good! I have never had a mechanic say that to me before, they are typically sending me lists of things to "consider fixing" or drop a bunch of money on for no good reason. If my car decides to die again that would be unfortunate, but now I'm relieved to know there's a good place to take it!

Accommodated me as a walk in for a flat tire fix. Super friendly guys, and they are a local shop that doesn’t ignore you like the larger stores, and appreciated their quick service. Thanks!

Have had multiple positive experiences at this place. They did extensive work on my Jeep and were extremely helpful in both providing the services and personal knowledge for myself regarding my vehicle. Happy to feel comfortable and valued at a local shop just down the road from me

Great honest upfront communication and knowledge about the work needed on our Kia at Pride Auto off Dry Creek. Jenna is an exceptional employee who went above and beyond to help me understand what was wrong with my car and answered every question or concerns I had. Kudos to the employees!!

Great service, Josh was awesome and they took the vehicle right in. Other times repairs have been on time and when they say it will be done. Definitely recommend them!
