Very professional and thorough

Impressed following my first visit. A simple oil change resulted in a leaky gasket, which they expediently replaced both at no cost. Knowledgeable & service-oriented. I'll return.

They fixed the problem with the headlight quickly. I would highly recommend them for their service and fair prices.

Was prompted to have my brakes checked at Pride Auto Care after my car died right next door at the gas station. Chris came and helped test the battery and found that it was just loose connection bolts and not the battery at all. Chris was very informative of the situation. So, on my appt, repairs were made on my rear brakes and I am satisfied with price and completed repairs. Will continue to bring my older vehicle to Pride Auto Care.

Courteous, honest, and quick. Vehicle broke down due to a fuel pump issue and was offered multiple prices and timelines based on my needs and their ability to complete the job. I will be back for more general maintenance

I went in for a routine oil change. It was done quickly so I was able to just wait in their lounge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Had some issues with the air suspension on my jeep. They took it in and figured out exactly what was wrong. Not an easy task. Got my jeep back and is like brand new. That system must've been leaking for a long time. I've been going to you guys for years including the Broadway shop and will continue to do so. Thanks

Just came because window broke and I need help getting it up and jammed. Very helpful, didn't have to wait very long, and very nice staff to help. Was able to get it up and allow me to breath easy. Definitely will have to keep them in mind as an option for future automotive exploits.

Everyone was awesome! I came in with a problem, my passenger side, front tire, and some noise it was making, they took a ride with me, put it up on the rack and inspected everything to make sure there were no safety issues all free of charge! They’re amazing!
