Pride kept me informed of the work on my vehicle. They are kind and respectful.

The service was fantastic. They communicated well and didn't upcharge me for something I didn't need. They even waived a diagnostic charge when the extra test was inconclusive. I trusted their decisions and will absolutely return.

We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. The techs and managers are always professional and pleasant. Pricing is upfront and fair and extra charges, changes or options are explained clearly. They stand behind their work and we trust their expertiese.

Super friendly staff and understanding! I had a quote from breaks plus saying I needed all this work done and Pride compared and one found one issue which saved me $2k! They were even able to fix same day even though I was expecting to have to bring it back. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

Can't say enough about this crew! Great service, everyone was friendly and willing to help! Phil Hoffman definitely makes a huge difference! He shows that he truly cares about his customers and takes the time to explain everything and if he doesn't know any answer, he finds someone that does. Exceptional service from this shop. In a day in age when my faith in customer service is pretty much gone, these guys make these experiences better!

Traveling through from out of state and my water pump went out. It was a HUGE job to fix!. Pride Auto jump ed right in without an appointment and got to work right away. They gave me a ride in a personal car then had Lyft pick me up to bring me back as it took a few days ( although it could have been much longer) the desk staff was friendly, the mechanics were knowledgeable. Although it was expensive they priced it fair. I ABSOLUTELY encourage anyone to go to them

I was in a particularly irritable mood when I walked in their door suspecting that there was more than just an alignment issue that was causing my MDX to shake at higher speeds. Not only did they put up with me but Brea was extremely courteous, told me what the issue was and even brought me out to look at the at the undercarriage and had the mechanic explain to me the issue (needed to completely replace the driveshaft). I run one of the largest Mobile DJ companies in the state so my vehicle is imperative to the business. She then gave me the rundown and explained to me my options. I brought my vehicle back first thing in the morning and they had it done within a couple of hours leaving me plenty of time to even relax a little before the evening's show. The mechanic(s) did a great job and the car is smooth as butter. Great job, highly recommend.

The staff was super nice, not only to me but to each other and customers who came in. They fixed my car in a timely fashion even though they were down one technician. I will definitely go back!

I was referred to this place by a friend and have been happy with every experience I’ve had.

Very pleasant experience getting my car serviced. They noticed I needed some other tune ups and Alex called and explained everything in simple terms. I also appreciated that they told me what was NEEDED and what I could wait to budget in. Will return again.

I had a great experience at Kearney! My Jeep Cherokee had a shifter/transmission issue. I spoke to a couple of shops who for one reason or another didn’t feel like they could correctly identify or address the issue. But the staff at Kearney were confident in their techs & tools & booked me in. They were able to find the problem, secure parts & make the necessary repairs in less than two days. Everyone who I interacted with was super friendly & made me feel like a valued customer. They were very explanatory & communicative from start to finish. Price seemed fair & I could notice the difference in my Jeep the moment I started driving it again. I would definitely go back here if I had any more issues pop up. Thank you guys!

Incredibly patient, transparent, friendly, and took great care of me in an emergency. They were the only place open on a Saturday morning and I couldn't be more grateful to have stumbled across them. I almost wish they weren't on the other side of the state so I can visit regularly for my car needs, because I am thoroughly impressed with them. I could list a hundred more praises, but I'll try not to sound like a raving lunatic. Just above and beyond!

#1 place for an oil change if you need synthetic oil it was $80 and they are great people there highly recommend!!!

These guys are great! I initially went there because it was close to work, but now I’ll keep going no matter what. Everyone I’ve talked to is super nice, they take the time to explain the what and why with your vehicle, and the prices are very fair. They even showed my 4 year old son how the lift worked and he loved it. You can definitely trust them with your car!
