Friendly and helpful!

Friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you. Will use them for all warranty work. It's a healthy drive so I cant say I will use them for all my needs but definitely will for the warranty issues.

My car suddenly kept dying while slowing down or stopping and it idled roughly. I called and they immediately got me in and had my car looked at. After a quick fuel induction treatment, my car feels like new. They diagnosed the problem and I couldn't be happier with how quickly everything was done.

They are quick and helpful and so friendly.

I took my truck into Pride Auto for a warranty claim. They were absolutely tremendous. From the communication to the quality of work to the friendliness of the staff. I recommend this place to all.

First time customer. Went to them on the recommendation of a coworker. He told me that they were good and maybe not the cheapest but they were fair. I found this to be the case. I went in concerned that I needed to have my brakes replaced and they're evaluation said I still had a few months left and there was no reason to replace my brakes yet. Many places would have just replaced my brakes. In some, I found them to be honest, thorough, and timely in performing the service that I did need done. I will be using them for both my vehicles going forward.

I received superior service. All technicians went above and beyond to make sure that my car was properly evaluated. They helped me research what the next step would be to provide proper service and repair for my vehicle. Thank you so much

I just visited this shop for the first time. Had a great experience! Super friendly, professional, and helpful. They helped make sure I was getting the cheapest price for the work I needed done. They inspected my vehicle and allowed me to choose what further work they performed. Easy to work with systems. Very pleased with the experience.

My skid plate got worn out so that it came loose and started to drag on the ground. I took it in to Pride as it was the closest shop to me and I didn’t want to drive far. They were honest with me that I would be better off taking my car to Honda as they sold the parts. They also took off the plate for me so I could get there without it dragging, and they charged me nothing for all this. I’m due for some general maintenance soon, and this experience has made me want to choose Pride. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic, and I believe this to be one of them.

Pride kept me informed of the work on my vehicle. They are kind and respectful.

The service was fantastic. They communicated well and didn't upcharge me for something I didn't need. They even waived a diagnostic charge when the extra test was inconclusive. I trusted their decisions and will absolutely return.

We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. The techs and managers are always professional and pleasant. Pricing is upfront and fair and extra charges, changes or options are explained clearly. They stand behind their work and we trust their expertiese.

Super friendly staff and understanding! I had a quote from breaks plus saying I needed all this work done and Pride compared and one found one issue which saved me $2k! They were even able to fix same day even though I was expecting to have to bring it back. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

Can't say enough about this crew! Great service, everyone was friendly and willing to help! Phil Hoffman definitely makes a huge difference! He shows that he truly cares about his customers and takes the time to explain everything and if he doesn't know any answer, he finds someone that does. Exceptional service from this shop. In a day in age when my faith in customer service is pretty much gone, these guys make these experiences better!
