Pride Auto has great customer service. More importantly, I feel like I can trust their recommendations without feeling like they’re trying to upsell me.

Pride Auto has been our go-to mechanic for over 10 years and for good reason. They have always been fair and honest in thier pricing and schedules. Alot of the same people who were there a decade ago are still there and I think that says alot about any employer. Most recently we needed alot of work to be done right before a road trip and they went out of their way to return our car back in time. Highly recommended.

I noticed my car was losing oil fast so I took it over to Pride. There were leaks everywhere and on top of that, my tires needed to be replaced. Sarah was communicative with me throughout the entire process. I have a warranty program with CarMax and Sarah dealt with them on my behalf to get them to cover a large portion of this repair. Sarah and the rest of her crew did an incredible job. Im moving soon and I want them to come with me (please). They were thorough, compassionate, and incredibly transparent. 11/10!

AMAZING! My car slid on some ice, and i jacked up my suspension, alignment, an right front wheel. I was moving out of state two days later and had a time crunch. Sarah and Walker were so accommodating and got my car driving in less than 2 days! They are upfront about pricing and explain your cars issues layman terms. Would recommend to a friend!

This place is honest. I used to be a mechanic, so I know when they lie. These good folks do not lie. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are very friendly. Use them.

Greatest place in the whole automotive world, as far as I'm concerned. If I had every dollar I saved by taking my car to Pride, I could probably myself another car! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics "bend over backwards" to get the job done competently and economically. We were able to use the company van when our car was in for an extended repair job. I particularly appreciated the creative solution to our transmission issue which saved us hundreds, if not thousands. God bless Tye, Dwight and the entire Pride Family!

Always 5 star service! I started bringing my car here in 1999 as a high-schooler! Shout out to Dave for his fantastic skills.

I am happy with the service I received at Pride. They were able to get me in much more quickly than the other place I take my Honda. The prices were a little higher than others, but they warranty the parts AND labor. So, when my alternator and battery failed less than a year after having them replaced, Pride took care of it.... Quickly and completely free.

Pride Auto Care is an excellent business! They take pictures of every issue and even helped me get refunded for grease monkeys breaking my oil cap. Thank you so much!
