I am happy with the service I received at Pride. They were able to get me in much more quickly than the other place I take my Honda. The prices were a little higher than others, but they warranty the parts AND labor. So, when my alternator and battery failed less than a year after having them replaced, Pride took care of it.... Quickly and completely free.

Pride Auto Care is an excellent business! They take pictures of every issue and even helped me get refunded for grease monkeys breaking my oil cap. Thank you so much!

The 2019 Cherokee has been wearing out tires prematurely in the rear end since new. You could visually see the rear tires where not sitting straight up and down. Got the Jeep back and visually looking at the back of the Jeep and looks perfect and the he before and after specs prove it. Thanks Pride fantastic workmanship on the alignment. Rides better as well.

Very detailed documentation. They promised and over delivered. They finished my work ahead of schedule. The integrated Shareware platform made it easy to communicate with them on the proposed repairs.

Ty and Jody are always super professional. I love that I can drop off my truck and say “do what you gotta do!” And I trust they thoroughly look over my truck and make sure it’s fit for everyday driving. Thanks guys! They even warmed up my truck for me before I got there today. 5 stars!!!

Did a great job of checking Ford Fusion for any issues with engine running rough and of fan noise. Also diagnosed the central control panel and how it controls the climate systems. Gave me info on what may cause any of the issues I had. They then cleaned out fan housing and gave me recommendation on how and what fix would be. Thank you Pride Auto for restoring my faith in car repair facilities. Tom Coming
