I love when people work hard, take pride in what they do, have clear integrity, and are respectful of other's time, energy, and money. The employees at Pride Auto Care have always treated me with the utmost respect. Some examples are, lending me a vehicle to commute with for a few days while my car was in the shop at no extra cost, fixing an issue with my automatic window for free because it was still under warranty, and just being all around polite and welcoming in person and over the phone. They didn't have to lend me a vehicle. They didn't have to tell me that the parts for my window were still under warranty. They don't have to be nice to me. I think they do it because they have experienced the benefits of approaching customers with a good attitude and take pride in the way they treat people and their big four-wheeled suits of armor.

Great and extremely friendly service. I will use them for both our vehicles from now on.

Pride have done just about any and everything that can be done on my 03 Tahoe. It's an old vehicle & is wearing thin. Thanks to their care it will last the rest of my lifetime. I've had work done at other shops & have been dissapointed every time. They are considerate of my wallet, always polite, are patient with my ignorance and are fast. I trust them!

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop and would bring my car back for additional work in the future. They were able to quickly replace my water pump and test my cooling system for a reasonable price. The work was excellent and the communication with Seth was great. Excellent, honest shop all around.

I only go to Pride Automotive because of the quality work done there and the excellent customer service. My car battery quit this week, and even though they were completely booked, they went out of their way to fit me in and ensure that I was not stranded. 5 stars to Pride Automotive for the awesome service they provide!

Another shop said they couldn't do an oil change due to a stripped drain plug, but Pride mechanics had no problem doing it and also supplied a new drain plug. I'll use them again next time!

We were traveling (with our 2018 Ford F450 Diesel Super Duty and 5th wheel trailer) and needed attention ASAP because of a check engine light and rough performance (defective fuel injectors). Got an appointment at the local Ford dealer after a few days wait, but on arrival was told I would have to leave it for up to 2 weeks just to get a diagnosis of the problem, then repairs would be scheduled after. Scheduled an appointment with Pride Automotive, and problem diagnosed and ordered the parts needed in one day, and repairs completed in two more days. Outstanding communications and service! I would highly recommend this company! 👍

Pride Auto care did a great job fixing the clutch on my Honda civic si 2002. Very clear from the beginning, keeping me updated and fixed the issue (leak on master cylinder) for $800. Nick was very professional with great customer service and provided clear description of the problem and what to expect. Very happy and trust them to take my car to them again with any issues I come across.

Kearney Garage worked with out insurance company and replaced our stolen catalytic converter. They were very responsive, have clear and professional communication and advocated with the insurance company. We would definitely use their services again.

We’ve taken our vehicles exclusively to Pride for almost 15 years now. They are fast, honest and willing to take the time to explain any concerns they see or suggestions made. Then it’s up to me if I want to have any items completed. Fast and Fair is what I’m concerned about and they always deliver on both fronts!

They stayed overtime to finish my oil change even though they were down a mechanic and were behind all day long.

The technicians do good work and were honest about what I really needed at that moment and what could wait. I even had a tricky situation that they came up with a creative solution for. While doing the alignment, they also checked my suspension found a bolt that was loose and tightened it no charge. They always do a good job and let me know what if any other service my car might need.
