They stayed overtime to finish my oil change even though they were down a mechanic and were behind all day long.

I have brought my vehicle in for my last two regular services. I have to say that the service at Pride is great! The people at the counter are so friendly and communicative. The technicians do good work and were honest about what I really needed at that moment and what could wait. I even had a tricky situation that they came up with a creative solution for. I will continue to bring my vehicle here!

While doing the alignment, they also checked my suspension found a bolt that was loose and tightened it no charge. They always do a good job and let me know what if any other service my car might need.

Brandon let me know that my car had a major engine problem. I discovered that this issue would be covered by Hyundai but only at the dealership. Brandon was not only understanding but excited that it was a covered repair. Super professional and extremely helpful.I will be using Pride Auto in the future.

They changed the lubricant in the front and rear differentials and transfer case and inspected the gears of my 1996 Jeep in the process. This allows me to drive the vehicle many more miles before replacement. Saved me $1,000’s over another garage who told me the gears needed to be rebuilt.

Everyone was very professional from Manger to the tech were nice and interested the concern we had then . My concerns were alleviated after they explained things that was of concern to the Pride it was fixed and I’m back on the road.

These guys deserve a thousand stars!!! They are always extremely kind and accommodating and take care of me when I’m freaking out about something that’s wrong with my truck (it’s old, so lots of things to go wrong)! I wouldn’t take my truck to anyone else!!!
