Luckily, they squeezed me in and checked the car out top to bottom. They gave me excellent advice and were able to show me photos of all their concerns. I can’t recommend you guys enough! They fit me in at last minute for an oil change. Did a visual inspection of my brakes and recommended a couple of serices to keep my car running smoothly. Great customer service with reasonable prices.

Fast appointment time, very knowledgeable staff. Actually listened toe when I described the symptoms. Hooked it up to there computer and called me back to tell me how they could fix it. I have a maintenance plan that they even called for me to get the approval for the repair costs. I would definitely take my vehicle back here.

Pride Auto Care purchased the shop I've used for many years since moving to Colorado in 2015 and did a fantastic job in transitioning the business while maintaining an equally high level of service, understanding, and communication around repairs. Not only that, but upon buying a new car which had some unforeseen issues, Brian and team actually spent hours on the phone negotiating and pleading my case with a warranty team, ensuring over $2500 of repairs were fully covered on my vehicle. They aren't pushy, they are willing to work with you on timing and unusual requests or trying to save on labor, and have never pushed me to do an unnecessary repair while still keeping me informed of all places to watch on my vehicles. Pride auto is a great shop to use as your family-long term mechanic. Build a relationship here and they won't let you down! I'm sure you could find a mechanic that offers slightly cheaper services, but Pride is fair, they offer discounts, and the relationship and service are worth a lot more to me when my car breaks down!
