I used Pride for the first time. They were pleasant to deal with. They made sure I was satisfied with their service. They put new tires, oil change, front and back transfer case fluid changes. They also did a whole vehicle inspection for free. They were honest and did not try to upsell me on things. They did what needed to be done only. Do business with them with confidence. I was here on an internship when the bolts holding the engine mount snapped and my engine basically fell down. Bot being from around here, I kind of had to just pick a random place to have my car towed to, and I felt good about taking it here. Pride Auto care took very good care of my car, did the best with the provided situation, and got it done as soon as they could! They were very good at communicating with me the details of what they were doing, what they thought was best, and giving updates along the way! I’m not sure if any other place could have done what they did for me, and I really appreciate the time and work they put into making me feel like a valued customer!

These guys are the absolute best to work with. Friendly, upfront. I've gone to them for years and every time I take my car in I'm blown away by their professionalism. I've never had to worry about them upselling me to perform unnecessary work. Truly great at their craft. Can't recommend enough.

They repaired ignition and door locks.

Made 10am. Appointment and they started working on my suv almost immediately after check-in. Decided to wait for repairs in lobby Very comfortable with bottled water and coffee. Repairs done in estimated time of 1 hour. No up selling like I've gotten at other repair places. Ie. 30.00 oil change ends up costing 1,000.00 I will return to Pride Auto in the future. Believe I got a fair deal.
