Very happy with the service

These guys are the absolute best to work with. Friendly, upfront. I've gone to them for years and every time I take my car in I'm blown away by their professionalism. I've never had to worry about them upselling me to perform unnecessary work. Truly great at their craft. Can't recommend enough.

They repaired ignition and door locks.

Made 10am. Appointment and they started working on my suv almost immediately after check-in. Decided to wait for repairs in lobby Very comfortable with bottled water and coffee. Repairs done in estimated time of 1 hour. No up selling like I've gotten at other repair places. Ie. 30.00 oil change ends up costing 1,000.00 I will return to Pride Auto in the future. Believe I got a fair deal.

*PLEASE do not be prejudice about the location being connected to a gas station*. This facility provides high quality work and could be well on its way to a stand-alone building if they wanted to. All of the employees are very nice and caring, but I was specifically taken care of by Matt. Matt has EXCELLENT communication with his clients and gives status updates as soon as possible. He won't charge you for work unless its needed so you don' t have to worry about any hidden fees coming up. He will take the time to explain in the simplest terms what each procedure costs, what his mechanics are doing, and why its NEEDED. They also take pride in good hygenic practice by covering "high-touch" surfaces in your vehicle while its being serviced. I made sure to take his business card because honestly, this is now my go-to auto shop! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The guys at Pride were so friendly. From the minute we checked our car in, to the phone call telling us what was going on with the car, to picking it up. They were efficient and friendly and solved the problem within a day. We were referred to Pride because CarMax was booked out for a month for service. We will definitely use Pride Auto again.
