Drop off is great 👍.

Nobody likes having to deal with car issues but when that day comes bring you vehicle here!!!!! These guys are the best, from pulling strings to making back to back calls around town, they work as fast as possible. Can’t say much better things about the service I received today so if you’re in Longmont and having car troubles bring your car to pride auto care!

Went in for an oil change and break check. They did a thorough inspection and gave me specific details about where my vehicle was maintenance wise and prices seemed fair. Very happy and will return!!

Pride auto is the best place to take your car and not fear being ripped off. We've had both our cars in there for different problems and they were very honest and upfront about any work that needed to be done and whether or not it was even worth fixing. Every employee we've encountered has been very friendly and helpful. Our cars get serviced in a timely manner as well and if they think it's going to take longer than normal, they let us know upfront. Their prices are by far the best in the area as well. We won't take our cars anywhere else.

Pride Auto Care was recommended to me by a neighbor when we spotted an oil stain in the driveway. I kind of put off going becuase going in to most shops is an extremely anxiety producing trip for me. Ive had one to many experiences with super pushy shops who would try to upsell me like crazy and push uneeded expensive repairs on me every time I came in for an oil change. Anyway I finally just couldn't put it off anymore. Well luckily it turns out the hesitation was completely unnecessary. I had nothing but a great experience with Pride Auto Care. They did a great job looking over my truck top to bottom and of course there were a couple issues but they were not pushy at all about it. It was more of a "Hey just so you know these are some things we found" all backed up with pictures. I will only be taking my truck here from now on and its nice to know I don't have to dread bringing it in for general maintenance for fear of feeling pushed around. Also as a plus the repair they did do was super fast, the waiting room even though I didn't use it for fear of my toddler screaming the walls down, looked super clean and cozy, and every one of the staff was super nice and attentive. Special shout out to Nick, thanks for being awesome and taking so much time to explain everything. I will be recommending Pride to all my friends .

They took the time to figure out what was going on with my car. Once they were able to determine the problem, they were honest and fair with their price. Will be back for other maintenance needs!

I took my car to Pride Auto Care for the first time and was so very happy with the people and the service that I received! I can honestly say, I will never take my car anywhere else. Kearney Garage is wonderful! I am absolutely clueless about cars and they treated me with the utmost care and respect. I brought my Jeep in because it was having trouble starting. Kearney examined it and determined that my car had a recall on it, and recommended I take it to the dealership for a free repair. They easily could’ve done the repair themselves and charged me, but instead called Jeep themselves and made sure I would be taken care of there. I am so grateful!

I've been taking my vehicles to Pride Auto for quite a few years now and recently had my check engine light come on in my Toyota Tacoma. After reviewing the error code I was told that my catalytic converter was not working and needed to be replaced. I had discussed repair options with Kermit and was prepared to have to pay for a significant repair but after leaving the shop I received a call and Kermit had realized that the part may still be under manufacturer warranty from Toyota. He got me in touch with a Toyota dealership and after they inspected my vehicle they confirmed that the part was still under manufacturer warranty. Kermit and the Pride Auto staff had the ability to charge me for the replacement part and labor but instead were able to get my catalytic converter replaced for free from Toyota. I truly appreciated Kermit and crew's honesty and effort to do what is best for me.

I can see why this place is recommended so much. Nick is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. They'll give it to you straight, keep you in the loop at every step and are very professional. This is the first time I've taken my vehicle to a shop in years and these guys are the best. I can't say enough to express how great these guys are.

Pride auto was a great experience. Matt and Jody were very helpful. They inspected and provided a very thorough report for a vehicle that I was considering buying. Suggested repairs that were necessary. Cost and timeliness were good.
