I've been taking my vehicles to Pride Auto for quite a few years now and recently had my check engine light come on in my Toyota Tacoma. After reviewing the error code I was told that my catalytic converter was not working and needed to be replaced. I had discussed repair options with Kermit and was prepared to have to pay for a significant repair but after leaving the shop I received a call and Kermit had realized that the part may still be under manufacturer warranty from Toyota. He got me in touch with a Toyota dealership and after they inspected my vehicle they confirmed that the part was still under manufacturer warranty. Kermit and the Pride Auto staff had the ability to charge me for the replacement part and labor but instead were able to get my catalytic converter replaced for free from Toyota. I truly appreciated Kermit and crew's honesty and effort to do what is best for me.

I can see why this place is recommended so much. Nick is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. They'll give it to you straight, keep you in the loop at every step and are very professional. This is the first time I've taken my vehicle to a shop in years and these guys are the best. I can't say enough to express how great these guys are.

Pride auto was a great experience. Matt and Jody were very helpful. They inspected and provided a very thorough report for a vehicle that I was considering buying. Suggested repairs that were necessary. Cost and timeliness were good.

The Pride Automotive Service Team, Ty, Heath & Matt, My first contact was using your Web site to request a quote and was promptly taken care of by Matt providing me with what I had requested. Then I called your shop and Matt answered the phone and listened to what I was saying and scheduled an appointment for me to take my 1966 Impala and have the geometry of the front end adjusted and then a front-end alignment after I had installed aftermarket rack & pinion steering. When arriving at the store for my appointment I met with Heath who assisted me with the tow truck since the Impala was not drivable. Once the car was off the tow truck, Heath gathered my contact information and explained to me in detail what to expect moving forward with my repairs. Once the team had assessed my Impala, Ty called me and suggested that I take my car to a shop that specialized in modifications that would allow me to have the aftermarket parts work together. However, I felt that we could come up with some other solution to this issue since I had already paid $138 dollars to have it brought to them. Ty and his team went to work and made a couple of suggestions for me to consider, after careful consideration we came up with a plan together That plan allowed me to keep the aftermarket lower control arm and install the old linkage and gear box. This solution would allow me to SAFELY drive my Impala daily until I could find someone to modify the after-market rack & pinion bracket so that it would be safe and not obstruct the lower control arm . With the addition of the aftermarket lower arm and the aftermarket rack & pinion they determined that this would not work because the lower control arm was much larger than the original lower control arm and the rack & pinion was manufactured for factory suspension. Then, after all of this, the final bill came in below the estimate they had verbally quoted to me for this job. My daughter and I started this project 6 years ago and we have both been very anxious to drive our classic car. The smile and laughter from my 22-year-old daughter as she drives around town in our 66 Impala, means the world to me. I can’t thank you enough for all your help, you have a customer for life. I arrived for 11am appointment a little early. Matt was very accommodating, and was able to get my car in quickly. I asked about places close by for lunch, and he had several suggestions. After eating lunch I returned to waiting area, but in just a few minutes, I was checked out, got a coupon for discount, and was on my way home. Service and courtesy were excellent. I will not hesitate to use Pride again, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic everytime. Recently, I told them I was on a time crunch. I said I had 90 minutes, they did everything in 45. Unbelievable customer service, and always super nice.

We've been taking our vehicles to Pride for years and it's just good, honest service from a crew that knows what they're doing. We took a "new" used vehicle for an oil change and secondary inspection after purchasing just recently and they made a couple of timely and sensible recommendations that were spot on and made a world of difference in the way my daughters first vehicle drives. And the expense was reasonable and justified. They were also very forthright in communicating these suggested services. And they have a really cool app that allows you to see the status of your service and all of the recommendations with pricing! Very convenient and easy to use. Thanks Pride! Keep up the good work.

amazing fixed issues that dealership could not fix. fast professional and spot on to the root of the problems. their detailed billing was amazing as well with full pictures of what the issues were. super friendly knowlegable staff!

Awesome as Always! The Guy's at Pride have taken care of all of our families car care needs and repairs. They are reasonably priced, and have always been upfront with us. They always give you choices, especially when it comes to needed repairs, and they'll work with you. I couldn't be happier! Vince and Jeremy at Pride were awesome. They fit me in on a Friday, to mount my new wheels! They were careful and professional and even put tire shine on the rubber! A customer oriented, down to earth locally owned shop. highly reccomended!

Great shop for all auto repairs and tires! I have been a customer since 2007! I have purchased tires and had my car serviced with oil changes and other repairs there. Since I purchased tires there, they rotate them when I have my car serviced for free. Dwight, Ty and Jody are the best for reliable services! All Techs are A.S.C certified. They listen to and offer great services to all their customers. I drive from Golden and wouldn't trust anyone else with my car needs or repairs. Better then any dealer!

Long story short... A person purchasing a used vehicle from me took it here for an over all inspection. They did a great over all job but had a minor cosmetic hiccup happen during the process. We all make mistakes, but very few of us take 100% full responsibility for them. Brian (the manager) not only called me when it happened (so I wouldn’t have to find out in my own) , but he took every right step to make sure it was fixed and I was happy. It’s nice to see a business that still looks out for the little guys. Even based solely on their honesty and commitment to keeping their customers happy I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of mechanical services. Thanks again Brian!
