These guys are fantastic, and I will always trust them with my cars when bringing them in. It seems like I am a repeat customer with my Jeep (my fault usually...it's a jeep :) ) and absolutely every time I need their services they have been more than cordial and professional, and done a wonderful job on my Jeep. One of my first experiences with Pride was to remedy a horrendous death wobble and alignment issue (if you have a Jeep, you know this one) that these guys assessed and fixed in under a day and had me back on the road. Well, that wobble came back quickly and I called them right away and they mentioned a recall that had popped up just after the fix on the steering dampener that they replaced right away and at no cost to me. Now my Jeep is in their hands again working through a much bigger problem with engine oil severely leaking and working through getting the car to their shop with Matt and subsequently working through the fix process with Nick has been fantastic. While I may be a "bad student" in that my Jeep seems to always be in detention, these guys at Pride always take care of it and are just fantastic to work with. Would recommend anyone to this shop with any vehicle

Great place and service staff awesome

We have been coming to Pride Auto for about 6 years now. They are very friendly and straightforward in their approach. I never feel I am being taken advantage of. They show me pictures of the issues found and have everything laid out, so no surprises. The store is clean and the waiting area is nice. Thank you for doing a superb job every time.

I have never been to a shop that shows me as much respect as the people at Pride. They explain everything to me in a way that I can understand, offer solutions, and are just all around amazing. Nick has been so helpful in helping me find solutions for my jeep, even if it’s things that Pride can’t do. The work they do is quick, fairly priced, and really good. Communication is also really fast and they’re honest and open about what they’re doing. I really appreciate everything that you guys do for me, you really go above and beyond. I appreciate it so much.

I cannot speak highly enough of these folks. They were patient and flexible, talked me through everything and did a phenomenal job at a totally reasonable price. I can honestly say it was the best experience with a mechanic I have ever had!

Ran into a curb on one of these snowy, Colorado days. After realizing it wasn’t drivable for any distance, I parked my car at this auto shop as it was the closest place I could safely get to. I am so lucky that this is where I ended up. Every time I called them (I called A LOT) they were professional and kind. It was like they had known me for a long time or I was an old friend when I had actually just moved nearby a few months ago. Their work was fast, efficient, and so reasonably priced that my insurance company didn’t need to contest them. Even when my insurance company was being a pain, Heath so helpful in getting them to respond and pay their part after my deductible.

Great communication. I Really like the text message and email diagnostics with pricing. They are very knowledgeable and willing to discuss options.

They are timely, accommodating, honest and are good communicators. I didn’t check ‘good deal’ as I am always amazed at what it costs to have a car worked on. I don’t think they’re overly expensive. I like them very much.

I only have great things to say about Pride Auto Care-they answered my many phone calls with patience while I was arranging towing, and remembered me each time. They got me in right away, diagnosed my car (had to get a new starter), and then finished the job that same day. They communicated with me each step of the way, and put my keys in the box so I could pick it up later in the night. Highly, highly recommended, I am so grateful for them and if I ever get stuck in Longmont again, they will be my place to go!

Snowstorm ripped off my skidplate and it was mangled under my car. Pride was awesome to work with and did not charge me to remove it although I offered to pay the labor. Thanks Pride!!!!

Everyone here is super nice and have always treated me well. They are hard workers and they do things well the first time. Great place and I trust them with my car.

Excellent service as always

We did not personally have service done by them, but talk about customer service mentality!!!! My daughter was involved in a rear ended car accident. We drove over to Pride Auto for an assessment of the damages to see if they could repair the damages. They took a look to determine it was out of their realm or abilities to repair the damages. We contacted our insurance provider to determine the extent and to whom we should have the damage addressed. Not only was Pride Auto of Longmont able to offer others to address the damage, but they allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we were able to have it towed by our insurance carrier, which was close to a week . We live an hour fifteen from Longmont, but boy talk about service extraordinaire! A shout out to Bryan and Megan for their willingness to help us and give suggestions for other service providers. Also, the personnel that assessed the damages to help in determining the extent were amazing!!! Top notch for sure!!
