I only have great things to say about Pride Auto Care-they answered my many phone calls with patience while I was arranging towing, and remembered me each time. They got me in right away, diagnosed my car (had to get a new starter), and then finished the job that same day. They communicated with me each step of the way, and put my keys in the box so I could pick it up later in the night. Highly, highly recommended, I am so grateful for them and if I ever get stuck in Longmont again, they will be my place to go!

Snowstorm ripped off my skidplate and it was mangled under my car. Pride was awesome to work with and did not charge me to remove it although I offered to pay the labor. Thanks Pride!!!!

Everyone here is super nice and have always treated me well. They are hard workers and they do things well the first time. Great place and I trust them with my car.

Excellent service as always

We did not personally have service done by them, but talk about customer service mentality!!!! My daughter was involved in a rear ended car accident. We drove over to Pride Auto for an assessment of the damages to see if they could repair the damages. They took a look to determine it was out of their realm or abilities to repair the damages. We contacted our insurance provider to determine the extent and to whom we should have the damage addressed. Not only was Pride Auto of Longmont able to offer others to address the damage, but they allowed us to keep the car in their lot until we were able to have it towed by our insurance carrier, which was close to a week . We live an hour fifteen from Longmont, but boy talk about service extraordinaire! A shout out to Bryan and Megan for their willingness to help us and give suggestions for other service providers. Also, the personnel that assessed the damages to help in determining the extent were amazing!!! Top notch for sure!!

They diagnosed a no start situation that I had encountered one with had a lot of other issues involved I have been knowing about Kearney garage for years I worked at Rhoden's for Roger and he always spoke very highly of then so I already knew that they were an excellent repair shop

If you read nothing else from my review, at least read this: THIS MECHANIC TEAM IS THE BEST IN DENVER, AND POSSIBLY THE WORLD! Everyone seems to have their mechanic horror stories, from being lied to, being ripped off, being up-charged. I guarantee none of these things will happen at Kearney Garage. Alex was great from start to finish--going over the issues I was experiencing when I dropped the car off to make sure they were hearing the same noise as I was, calling to explain what they found in detail (and in a way that I could understand), and giving lots of love to my pup Vida! This team is professional, genuine, talented, and quick with their work. I will not be bringing my car anywhere else from here on out!

As usual they did an excellent job. Thoroughly checked car for any issues. This is my 17 year old daughters car and always know she’s in great hands with Pride.

I ALWAYS know they are giving me an honest opinion about the work that my car needs as well as a fair price. For me, this is the most important aspect of choosing an auto shop. I started bringing my Saturn here after I had several very bad experiences with a well-known franchise in downtown Denver. I felt good about supporting a local business, and I always felt that they were direct, respectful, and responsive to working within my particular needs and expectations, whether that was needing a ride to/from work while repairs were done, working within a budget, and understanding when I needed practical and real advice about my vehicle. It is refreshing and comforting to work with a business that cares about its reputation and its quality of work to be direct and honest with its customers. Alex even goes out of his way to provide advice when solicited to do so. Thanks Alex, and thanks Kearney Garage, I will most certainly be bringing future vehicles to you guys!

The staff was super friendly and also very informative. They also sent pictures of the issues with our vehicle. They asked very specific questions about how to replicate the issues with our car, which gave me confidence that they understood what to look for. Fantastic experience!

Had to have vehicle towed in as it would not start. They had the issue identified and repaired by the end of the day!!
