These guys did a complex repair on my Camaro. The repairs required were more extensive than the diagnostic showed. Not only did Alex keep me apprised of the details, i.e. schedule, labor and any additional parts required. The work was completed beautifully, on time and within the price range quoted. Will I use them again? Absolutely! And I’ll be referring them to my clients that are looking for a reliable option other than the dealership.

Seriously Great Service ! Honest Pricing... When someone needs a place to take there vehicle to, I always recommend Pride... I’ve taken my cars there for two to three years... twice I’ve thought I had big problems with my 4Runner, and thought it would be a couple thousand to get fixed.. They call me saying the figured it out, only a wire... was almost nothing.. The could have got me, but we’re honest and didn’t. I will keep taking my vehicles to them because I trust them... Excellent service! Pride Auto Care explained everything to me throughout the process of having my car serviced. They were clear and upfront about which services could wait, how much everything would cost, and how long it would take. They went above and beyond to expedite the service because I had a deadline. Highly recommend!!!

While no one ever wants to take their car in to solve big issues, the team at Pride Auto Care made the process as painless as possible. I bought a sweet old Subaru that has needed a bit of love. Our first visit was due to issues with my A/C - and instead of taking the shortcut of scrapping the whole compressor, they took the time to find the ACTUAL problem... a broken sensor! Replacing this one piece, instead of the whole unit, saved us hundreds of dollars. Through the whole process, they kept me updated with photos from their tests and phone calls to explain the details (in layman's terms) so I knew exactly what the issue was and my options moving forward. Shoutout to Dan for making sure I stayed cool this summer in my car! More recently, I was concerned about my brakes (old car maintenance that apparently never happened previously)- we dropped it off in the morning, they scoped it out, gave me a quote, and replaced the necessary pieces all in time to be picked up right after work. These guys are legit career mechanics that actually do take Pride in their work. No corners cut, no excuses. Exceptionally professional in every way, with each person still having a great sense of humor and humanity. These are the folks you want working on that machine you drive around every day. Great service! Ray and the other gentleman at the desk were very professional, courteous and polite. I got all my tires replaced and wheels aligned and they said my car gets free flat repairs and rotation for the live of the tires! I highly recommend this shop!

This is a great place that goes out of their way to help. I had a flat on a tire I had purchased from them, that wasn't able to be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. They didn't charge me for the installation labor, reduced my cost to just the cost of the tire itself. I've been bringing my car to them for about eight years and they never try to up-sell me when they're doing repairs. I highly recommend them.
