This is a great place that goes out of their way to help. I had a flat on a tire I had purchased from them, that wasn't able to be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. They didn't charge me for the installation labor, reduced my cost to just the cost of the tire itself. I've been bringing my car to them for about eight years and they never try to up-sell me when they're doing repairs. I highly recommend them.

Family owned with employees that take great care of their customers! As a single female, I know I’m never going to be taken advantage of with my vehicle maintenance.

My battery died! I charged it and drove to Pride afraid for my alternator. All is well! 1 new battery and 30 minutes later life continues on as if there had never been a problem. Thanks Pride Auto Care!

Always friendly and efficient, clearly well-informed in the field. Everyone always makes sure everything is explained before it's done, extremely friendly staff and clean waiting area. My car is always returned clean and in a timely manner.

Good service, no run around, and clear communication. I ended up having them just run a diagnostic to determine that the fuel pump was not working properly. That repair is simple enough for my skill level, so I didn't have them do the work, but they were super helpful in diagnosing what was wrong.

This was first establishment outside of KIA Dealership I've ever beenvto. The people are very nice here,but what I was impressed with the most, was that in 4 years of doing everything KIA DEALERSHIP RELATED ,Pride was the first automotive service that told me both my air filters needed replacing. Since replacing my engine air filter my gas milage has improved. From now on I will only go to Pride Automotive to have my vehicle serviced.

One of the best places in Parker to get your car serviced! Honest and friendly staff. Would recommend setting up an appointment if you decide to come here as they tend to get busy.

I have been bringing all my family's vehicles to DeMers for over 12 years. DeMers is the only shop I trust. They don't try to sell me what I don't need. The work is always done right. The work is done quickly. They keep track of everything that has been done, and if something is under warranty for three years, for example, but needs replacing during the warranty, they know and the work is done for free. I don't trust anybody else to do even an oil change (after several bad experiences elsewhere). DeMers provides my family with top quality maintenance and repairs, and they are honest and trustworthy.

We 100% trust that they’re giving us accurate diagnosis of what our vehicles need. They’ve never tried to overcharge us or try and take advantage of us with more work then needs to be done. I believe that our vehicles are running better and lasting longer because of the care that pride auto care has given our vehicles. We are very thankful that we have pride auto care near us and that we don’t have to go anywhere else for any of our auto care needs.

They were able to fix our car quickly and the final total came in under the original quote. There was a small hiccup when we went to pick up the car, but they went above and beyond to make it right and we are more than pleased with their customer service. We will be using them again for future car service.
