This was first establishment outside of KIA Dealership I've ever beenvto. The people are very nice here,but what I was impressed with the most, was that in 4 years of doing everything KIA DEALERSHIP RELATED ,Pride was the first automotive service that told me both my air filters needed replacing. Since replacing my engine air filter my gas milage has improved. From now on I will only go to Pride Automotive to have my vehicle serviced.

One of the best places in Parker to get your car serviced! Honest and friendly staff. Would recommend setting up an appointment if you decide to come here as they tend to get busy.

I have been bringing all my family's vehicles to DeMers for over 12 years. DeMers is the only shop I trust. They don't try to sell me what I don't need. The work is always done right. The work is done quickly. They keep track of everything that has been done, and if something is under warranty for three years, for example, but needs replacing during the warranty, they know and the work is done for free. I don't trust anybody else to do even an oil change (after several bad experiences elsewhere). DeMers provides my family with top quality maintenance and repairs, and they are honest and trustworthy.

We have been going to Pride Auto Care for years. We’ve never had anything but exceptional service. Their customer service is also exceptional. We 100% trust that they’re giving us accurate diagnosis of what our vehicles need. They’ve never tried to overcharge us or try and take advantage of us with more work then needs to be done. I believe that our vehicles are running better and lasting longer because of the care that pride auto care has given our vehicles. We are very thankful that we have pride auto care near us and that we don’t have to go anywhere else for any of our auto care needs.

They were able to fix our car quickly and the final total came in under the original quote. There was a small hiccup when we went to pick up the car, but they went above and beyond to make it right and we are more than pleased with their customer service. We will be using them again for future car service.

I am from TX and was visiting family in Parker. Had a couple concerns w my SUV and wanted it checked out before returning home. With July 4th this week I had only a 2-day window to get things checked out; however, Pride Auto Care was slammed with business. Nonetheless they worked me in, checked everything out, gave me great counsel and allayed my concerns - the entire staff was superb!

I recently have been doing business with Pride for a number of years and the honesty and excellent service can't be matched. I recently had my car in for a new water pump. The communication from Brian was both prompt and complete and the work was excellent as always. I have used other shops in the south metro area before I found Pride but this is by far the best I have ever dealt with. You will not be disappointed.

Pride has always done a great job with their repairs. Although they are more expensive they stand behind their work and have left me confident with the repairs they have done.

Breaks were making noise. The group at Pride fixed me right up!
